Returns & Exchanges

Unworn, unwashed pieces with tags attached may be returned within thirty days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

Need a different size? Start an exchange from your account or email us. If the size you want is in stock, we reserve it while your return is in transit.

Email hello@askbetterwear.org with your order number. We will send a prepaid label for domestic returns. Refunds post within five business days of us receiving the item.

Items marked final sale and gift cards cannot be returned. Caps, beanies, and totes are returnable only if unused.
